Unauthorized Insurance

I've opened an account with Mr Price and it was approved, they have been calling offering me insurances and other add on stuff and I've been refusing them, to my surprise now when I go get an item I'm told that I've got insurance which I've been refusing to take, please go through call records and cancel that thing under my credit. I'm not happy with how Mr Prize operate.
