Unauthorized Debit orders
Your telesales called me & offered me a Huawei phone, I explained that I don't know Huawei models she said its fine I can just send it back if I don't like it. They delivered it & I sent back the phone the very next day after I got it & requested to cancel, I was told I would have to pay a certain amount for cancellation.. I explained that I was never told about this to begin with now I see R350+ is deducted from my account this month.. and R99 has been deducted since Jan. YOU DONT GET JUST DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONCERN.
