Unauthorised monthly deductions

This company deducts money unauthorised from your account for all sorts of insurance and plans I never gave my consent for. This is *****ulent and theft! When I queried it with customer care was I given the commitment that it will be investigated and advised how much they took from me within 10 days with a reference Nr. My response was that I will freeze further payments until the matter gets resolved. Only feedback I received to date was demanding phone calls, messages and emails. When I advised collections upon a demanding phonecall did they commit to contact accounts dept. No further feedback received apart from messages that my account is now blocked and blacklisted. I will now proceed to open a case for ***** and theft and further appropriate action. Be very carefull of how this public listed company conduct their business. Go check your monthly invoice and verify all deductions made from it is with your concent!
