Unacceptable service

I received such pathetic ?service today at Mr Price Cresta mall, from Elizabeth. I was at the store to pick up my online order and decided to just look around, I then saw a few items that were priced differently from the rail they were hung on, I took pictures as evidence and then asked for assistance and Elizabeth was called to assist me,i greeted her and showed her joggers that were marked R149.99 on the tag and R49.99 on the rail and I asked if they were on sale and she said it's a mistake and then I showed her(calmly) the other items that were there besides the joggers and as I about to let it slide, take my order and leave, she went on to say "kusho kuthi wena you human enough to understand that it's a mistake" I was soooo shocked? at her response as a customer, I was really out of words. I called a gentleman by the name of Lebo and explained to him what happened and he offered to give me the joggers for the price I saw.

Am happy with the way Lebo handled the matter and this was not about me getting the joggers at the price of R50, 00 but the way Elizabeth spoke to me was completely unacceptable, she is very rude and I don't think she's an asset to your company.
