Unacceptable service

<p>I am a big fan of Mr Price but I am very disappointed. Went to Mr price in Rocklands to buy a few things today.One of the dresses was on the sale rack but didn't have a price tag. The guy on the floor told me I will be assisted at the till.When I got yo the till I was assistance by Naledi who immediately gave me a BIG SIGH as soon as I told her the dress doesn't have a price tag.She then told me she couldn't find the price.Her manager Agnes then told me to go and coke back on Monday as it will take them TOO LONG to look for the price.When I told her I will be at work Monday till late she asked some guy to look on the system.10minutes later the guy tells me to come over the weekend they will try to find the price and keep the dress.WOW!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Whats appauling is that the stuff was doing as if I'm a nuisance and waisting their time including the manager. Secondly they were not guaranteeing that they will definitely get the price at all.Just they will try.Which is not good enough.Why does Mr price keep things with no prices if they do not want to sell them and the manager can not make a call?I was willing to wait while they look on their system and I indicated that but well it was too much of an effort for Mr price stuff.</p> <p> </p> <p>I left all the other clothes I wanted there because you can't choose to sell me only what's convenient for u and make me feelbl like i'm waisting your precious time when I am a paying client who stood a looking que only to get a big ZERO service.</p>
