Unacceptable service

Since April this year my fiancee have been trying to cancel all the insurances and extra add ons on her account. We have sent emails, went in to the store,filled out forms and telephonically confirmed that we want to cancel everything. Yet they still keep on adding stuff we do not want or request. We are ending up paying R5000 for R2000 worth of stuff because of all the exstras on this account. I find it unacceptable. We want all these extra deductions since April reversed and the credit returned to her account
