Unacceptable online order

<p>I purchased some staff along with statement sleep set on the 17 June. My order was delivered on Tuesday but it was incomplete. That statement sleep set did not have pants. I have been calling since Tuesday and the agents keep promising to call me back the next to resolve this matter but they never do. What I am I suppose to with an incomplete order. I did not pay half for the sleep set. I expect a set not just a top.</p>
