Unacceptable Behavior

I was shocked and insulted by the behavior of a manager at Mr Price Central Park. I was in the long queue witnessing the lady manager Agnes by name bage telling a cashier man he's smelling like sewage infront of us customers. The poor man was humiliated and couldn't even face me to assist me. Not only she insults her cashier, she also made remarks about customers are stupid and she has to keep reminding them of a promotion going on. She does not even help, she's on her phone behind her cashiers who seemed afraid to even left their heads and greet us. Such behavior from a manager should not be acceptable. I'm going back to the shop to see if this is dealt with.
