Unacceptable

I sent somebody to return the shoes & also pay my account last month, unbeknown to me I didn't know she didn't pay the little instalment due until I first received your first SMS, I told myself next time I am in the store I must remember to pay it. I was in a store last week once again I forgot but sad enough I now wish the cashier could've just told me to, this morning was the final straw when I received another SMS informing me my account will be handed over to tracing and all this for a merely R15 overdue, guess what I paid it today as well as this months instalment, I request you to close both my accounts as soon as your little balances that I owe is paid up. I will rather go pay cash at Pep home. Totally disgusted for the treatment since I had this account and sheet street for more than 10 years and never been in arrears.
