Unacceptable

I placed and order on the 22 December and paid on the 24 December. I understand that there have been many public holidays but up until today there has been no feedback. I emailed my proof of payment to mrphelp.com on the 31 January and when I tried to track my order it only shows null next to all the items.

This was a three daystore express. If someone can come back to me and tell me what is happening please. You took my money and Im sitting without my goods. Terrible and your communication with your customers is pathetic. Seriously
