UNACCEPTABLE

I've been to Mr. Price yesterday between 13:30 and 14:10 and made a purchase. I was waiting in the line to pay as all the cashiers was busy. I was the only person in the line so I was first in front and there was no one behind me. A lady came from the side who also wanted to make a purchase, but she came standing right next to me instead of behind me. I continued waiting in the line for one of the cashiers to open when one of your employees came walking past, asking the lady next to me whether she can assist her whilst she was looking at me and took her to a cashier and assisted her with her purchase. On my way out I went to your employee informing her how extremely rude she was and all she said was: I did not see you. ********, she looked right at me!!! if this is the kind of attitude your employees has then I will gladly close my account with you guys!!! The employees name is Nono and I would like to know who the hell she thinks she is!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
