Unable to transact on online

I’m trying to order from the MR Price website. What a joke. Since the previous day I’m unable to conclude a payment. On the order page there is a notice “Unable to load CMS block”. If you try and do the instant EFT it just says “Unknown reason for login failure”. Previously I was able to conclude transactions without any hassle. If you phone the so-called helpline *** you just get to an incomprehensible noise for an option list.
