Unable to reach the store

Shopped at the store today after 2pm when I arrived home and checked that everything was scanned correctly. I realised one Jean's was not in the bag. Tried phoning the store from 5pm until 18:41 no answer. How can NO ONE ANSWER not even Mr Price home answer.
