Unable to link account

I have been battling for months to get my account linked on the app in order to make purchases as my card was ******. Everyday I am told to try in the next 24 hours!! I am extremely frustrated as I haven’t been able to use my account since January 2023. I tried closing the account and requested a closure letter… the letter I received was for a different client (breach of POPIA). All I want is to either utilize my account or close it
