Unable to Collect Paid Order In-Store

I had a very disappointing experience at Mr Price.

I placed an online order and received notifications that my parcel was ready for collection. When I went to the store, I requested an exchange but was told the system could not assist and I should come back the next day.

I returned the following day and ended up waiting for over an hour again, while staff tried to contact head office with no success. I was left standing in-store without my parcel and without any refund.

This is unacceptable. Customers should not have to come back multiple times or wait this long due to internal system issues. There was no proper resolution or urgency from the store. I had to go back home , I was told the store manager will call me , I’m still waiting for that call.

Very poor service.
