Unable to close Mr Price Account

I've been trying to close my Mr Price account. I was informed to call this number to close my account ***. I called and I was only able to cancel the insurance, the lady I was speaking to said she will transfer me after helping me with cancelling the insurance but she just put the phone down when were done. I then called again but all I did was to hold with no answer after being transferred. I also sent an email but no one responded. Why is it difficult to close an account when it is so easy to open it. This is disgusting.
