Unable to assist to make payment on the app

Very bad service some of us are trying to stay in doors and not have to go to the store to pay our accounts but the staff at Rocklands in Bloemfontein did not know how do I make payment on the app. This is not acceptable I was sent from one person to the next only for them to tell me that they don't know how it is done.
