*****ulently adding insurances to your account

I recently took out an account with them and received a call offering me insurance. I said to the consultant on numerous occasions I don't want anything besides the mandatory acc protection I was told I need and she then added a whole lot of additional things onto my acc which they now refuse to cancel. I've made 3 requests to them to cancel, they acknowledge my requests but do nothing thereafter. I'm lodging complaints with the ombuds as we speak. Just a warning DONT EVEN ANSWER THEIR CALLS WHEN THEY COME THROUGH. Because clearly no means let's see if we can dupe this customer. It's ***** is what it is. Now they have listed me as not paying my account at the credit burea when I specifically advised them that I don't want these insurances and they must cancel and that I won't be paying for it any longer.
