*****ulent activity syndicate by Mr Price staff members

I reported to Mr Price's ***** department that my account was *****ulently used and submitted all the necessary documentation that they requested. It's been over a month now with no feedback I have written to the person who was assisting me with lodging this complaint and till today she has not responded to my email. I'm busy paying a 22.25% interest monthly on something that I did not use and this has also increased my monthly instalments by over R150. We can not be penalised for their negligence because the fact that my account was used and no proper checks were done, is negligence on their side. I also suspect that the people doing all these *****ulent activities are working with Mr Price's staff because, for a long time, my account was not being used. The minute I activated it, not even a month later, this ***** was performed.
