*****ulent account Cosmo Mall

26 July 2025 I received an sms requesting me to confirm a purchase at Mr Price Cosmo Mall. I am currently base at Benoni, never been to Cosmo Mall and don't even know where it is. After contacting the ***** department I was informed that there is an account in my name which was opened at Cosmo Mall with a credit of R10 000. I am extremely disappointed at the negligence of Mr Price to have helped a *****ster open a *****ulent account in my name. Now my credit bureau has been negatively affected and now Mr Price is requesting me to pay for the monthly instalments. Mr Price ***** department is also delaying the investigation, til today I have not yet received any formal feedback from them regarding this matter. At this point my anger is beyond any explaination.
