I made an online purchase on the 25 May 2019, and I paid for the option to have it in store at festival mall 5 days, I then waited nothing, I inquired online and they told me the parcel was delivered to Festival Mall, upon arrival at festival mall , im told there is no parcel with that particular order, they searched everywhere, the staff was helpful but the fact that I had to drive to a place where my parcel isnt even there, and pay for services and they dont deliver on the time I paid for ... ****
