Trying to adjust insurance payments for 2 months now having to pay

I have been trying to reduce my insurance on money card since December. I have emailed twice and I have had no response. Now I am going to have to pay the full fees this month because they are ignoring my messages. I feel like this tactic is theft. I want my insurances adjusted and I do not want to pay the full amount because of their failure to help me.
