tried to open a account

Iam so upset with the service that I got from Mr Price call centre I dont know if the people properly trained to deal with clients complains or dont even know how to help a person. I was in arrears with my account but has paid it up in full so i called them now recently to ask them how do I go to open. A another account or if I can just get another card the call centre gave me a number and so it went on. I never got to get a answer or to hear wot the next step would be because everytime I ran out of airtime from them wasting my time I would appreciate it if someone can contact me with some positive answers please.
