Treated unfairly and misles

I went to Mr price hillbrow to shop for something, then I saw a skirt with a red sticker price was from 169.99,then to 69, 99 then to 20.00.i was happy to bargain the item only to get the disappointment of my life when they refused to honour that price at Mr price hillbrow. The manager whose name is Papi refused blantly saying I cannot pay so little for that skirt. I asked why they put that red sticker he said who told me that it's 20 rands maybe it's 20pounds. He said that I was supposed to ask them for clarity. It was a big scene I feel I was treated unfairly because the sticker was there I even took a picture of the price tag yet they refused to sell me at that price.
