Treated like **** from the collections call centre

I am utterly disgusted in the way I am being treated by the Mr Price call centre staff. I received a call at 13:32 on 12 March from Shameel from the call centre to remind me to make a payment for my account. I was calm on the call but the consultant was screaming at me. It was at that moment that I told him to talk to me like a human being and this made the interaction even worse as his rudeness did not subside but increase. After a brief exchange of words the call centre consultant dropped the phone in my ear.
