treated like a *****

Good Day, I went to Mr Price Mall Of Africa, i went to the kids department looking for a sports bra for a 13 year old. I asked a shop assistant where i could find them and she said she is not sure whether they still have because they were selling out fast. i followed her to look and found only one pair that was left and it was the size that i needed. The sports bra's had 2 prizes the one with the black and white prize tag and the one with the red and black prize tag. I proceeded to go and pay, i had one other item that i had as well which was a yellow dress. I went to pay as soon as i got to the counter, i put all the items on the desk and the lady that was helping me there just shouted at me and said (BONA UKUTHI UYENZANI) look what you have done, i was so surprised, i asked what did i do and she said why dont i carry on and tag everthying since i started tagging myself. thats when i realised that when i was puting the items on the desk the tag touched the screen and it tagged the item. I asked her why did she not tell me politely since it was a mistake and i did not see what i have done, she said she will leave my staff and i will do it bymyself. after when i saw the price on the sports bra i told her that there is another price there with a red and black sticker is it not a reduced price, she could not answer me, the lady that was next to her she told her that she must call someone and make a void. She did call someone and i explained to her that the bra's had 2 prizes and as it was a blck friday i assumed they were reduced, the lady that they called told me that i was taking chances and that i took the price somewhere and just placed it on a bra and they will not sell it to me with that price, i asked them how did i get this price tag as it also says bra. they told me how will they know maybe its me who should explain how the wrong price ended up on the item and that i am taking chances, they know people like me. I told them that they must charge me the initial price because now they are making me as if i am a *****. the lady that was shouting at me i think is a casual because she was wearing a white T-Shirt and i manged to get her name as one lady was reprimanding her because she had no name tage. Her name was Zimkhitha. the incident happened at mall of africa mr price thursday 28/11/2019 around 19h58-20h10 I am not happy at all with the service i got from Mr Price, i have never felt like this i was made to feel like a ***** trying to buy bra's with half price. I am not happy at all and you have sure lost a client because i will never again shop at Mr price. Zimkhitha and her supervisor made me feel so useless.
