Transphobia & Disrespect at Mr. Price Clothing Stellenbosch

On the 9 of April 2024 at Mr Price Stellenbosch I went in to buy a phone. I asked for assistance and then the lady I asked for assistance went to another lady behind the counter. Bear in mind I've never encaged with these people before. I walked over to them and then immediately I get referred to as a sir / he / him. I wasn't sure at first did I hear right. I immediately corrected them both that my pronouns is she / her and it's very visible. She misgendered me again and I told her listen here my pronouns is she / her. Then she tried down playing this by saying "u" in Afrikaans like a gender neutral pronouns because maybe she doesn't want to use my pronouns. I then told her again no my pronouns is she / her. Mr. Price please train your staff. I was then told I need a proof of address and my ID (which is legally changed to female in 2022). While I was walking away to go get a proof of my address at my bank just across. I heard the customer standing there asking is that a man but I didn't hear the response on the staff member. So I was basically outed by a Mr. Price staff member. I'll not tolerate transphobia when I enter a store of yours. I have tried to report to customer service and no one emailed me regarding an apology. Since the incident I don't have a reference number even though I have asked for it or anyone that contacted me via email how I asked for in my two reports. I haven't set foot in Mr. Price Stellenbosch because I as a person don't feel welcome or respected which is my constitutional right.
