Transactions not made by me

Mr price I can not understand some of your charges, I did agree to take the sim card but why is money deducted for it? I don't want to subscribe to ant data and airtime please cancel the subscription on the sim card. Another issue I saw on my statement it says I bought something on the 31st of October I don't remember buying anything please send a full description of what I bought on the day. Please attend to these matters as soon as possible I will write my details on the private reply.
