transactions

on the 24th on November 2014 i used my back card to buy from Mr price for an amount of R300.00. EVERYTHING WAS APPROVED ,BUT TO MY SURPRISE on the 20th of may 2015 i check my bank statement and an amount of R 300 went out TO MR PRICE and i was as if i used my card to purchase staff.when i called my bank i was told that the transaction was for last year .on the 20th i didn't have money in my account so the was no money in my account and i was charge R 120.00 FOR UNPAID . i am really upset about this I have an account with mr price and month end i need to pay my installment<br> <br> but how am i suppose to do that when my account is already sitting on a minus , the only explanation i got was that it my banks fault and not then , i mean this was after 6 month and the decide to go into my account , am really disappointed on how this was handled ,i work very hard for my money and no one has a right for what mr price did , my account was on a minus R420.00... 300 plus 120 fro the unpaid amount .is this how u treat your customers,am really shocked.am also shock on how everyone that called me just passes the buk to my bank .6 months guys seriously for R 300.00.U NEEDTO FIX THIS NOW
