Train your staff mr. Price!!!!

COMPLAINT

I was in the que at Mr. Price, Corkwood square, Uitenhage,EC.

The lady before me had paid by mobicell and the receipt did not print, they did not want to release the purchase nor could they give her an answer as to where he payment went, as she received a sms that the payment went through.

while all this was happening, we were 3 other ladies still standing in the que. 2 cashiers, one supervisor (I assume), a manager (I assume) were assisting this one lady, later on another supervisor( I assume) came to assist this ONE lady. We were still in the que, waiting to be served.

Not once did any one of the 5 mr. Price staff members apologized to any of us foe the delay nor explain why it took 5 staff members to explain to one lady why she cant take her purchased items or why they cant refund her.

This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour. I asked if they can help me, and the friend of the lady with the problem pushed in and said she will be helped next not me. They did not once hesitated to help her first.

I will never shop at mr. Price Corkwood square again.Terrible customer service!!!! Mr. Price train your staff!!!!!!!
