Trading hours at MR PRICE Boulders

We went to Mr Price Boulders this morning, the service there is sooo bad!! The store is suppose to open at 09:00 (as its written on the window) but it is not like that, most of the time you even have to knock on the window to ask what's going on, unacceptable!! Today I asked one of the sales person there what makes them open at 09:30 or so and he said "we were having breakfast and you actually disturbed us by knocking on the window".. The nerve!!!
