Totally unprofessional

To cut a long story short I have some financial difficulty and made a payment arrangement with Blake and Associates regarding my Mr Price Sport account. I emailed Blake's on the 25th of November informing them that my next payment will be 1 December and then another payment will follow on the 17th of December again. This afternoon Blake's informed me that they are not handling my account anymore and I should phone Mr Price Head Office. About a week and a half ago I received a letter from ACS Credit & Debt Collection Professionals stating that my Mr Price account will be handed over to them on the 8th of December. When phoning Mr Price , Natasha (ref ***) informed me that my account is handed over to ACS already. I requested a manager to phone me back, and to no surprise I am still waiting. TODAY IS THE 26TH OF NOVEMBER. I wonder if ACS knows what the letter said that they send me??????
