Totally negligent

So I went down to Pietermaritzburg for a holiday and visited the Mr Price in passing and saw and purchased a few items that I have not seen in Johannesburg. I had that packet sealed as I went to other stores and packed that packet into my suit case as is, the weather was terrible so I didn't bother using a jacket. When I opened my bag today as I got back to Johannesburg I saw that the denim Jacket was not there. I am not surprised as my visit to the store was far from pleasant. I in fact shouted at the store assistant as he was on his tablet and dancing by the till when I was looking for someone to help me as I was unfami**** with the store. There was no manager to be found, absolutely terrible. My till slip was e-mailed through to me so I have that on hand as proof of purchase. Also when I opened the packet I saw all my clothes squashed and dumped in my packet where I have always seen the tellers some what fold the clothes, i don't expect it to be perfect but looking at the condition of the way it was packaged was quite frustrating. I urge you to fix this issue, this is unacceptable.
