Totally done with Mr price

<p>Never in my life have i experienced such bad service. I have attempted how may times since the 29th to get into contact with someone that could help me or answer me on my queries and nobody can. Its disgusting that nobody can find my order and that when i ask questions i get things like "technical difficulties" or "we apologise for the inconvenience" well your apologies wont work anymore. I spoke to someone who was going to call me back but NEVER DID. I was on email with soemone who had more attitude than answers and everyone at Mr price seems to think that how dare a customer say something when bad service is given and i bet im going to get the standardised response to this and the consultant will then never call me back. Ive been a loyal customer for years and not once did you have a problem with me concerning payment and i always pay way more than im expected to yet you cant give me the time of day when i have an issue that needs to be resolved. MRP might as well cancel the online shopping experience because its not working.</p>
