Totally Dissatisfied and Disappointed.

I bought a Salt phone last year, and at the time of purchase, I was clearly told it came with a 2-year warranty. Last week Monday, I took the phone to Mr Price, Brooklyn Mall, because it had issues. Jeaneth, the staff member who attended to me, checked my receipt, made a call, and confirmed that my warranty was still valid. She took my phone in for processing.

A week and a day later, she called me to come for a replacement. When I went there today, I was told they will not replace the phone because it supposedly only has a 1-year warranty. This directly contradicts what I was told when I bought it and what was confirmed when I first brought it in. I was turned away after waiting over a week, with no resolution and no consideration for the inconvenience caused.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I feel misled and let down by the lack of consistency, poor communication, and disregard for the customer.
