Total inconvenience and ****ty service delivery.
Putrid service from Mr. Price online. Purchased a few items, one dress was dirty. I had informed them, just to tell me I have to go into a store to do an exchange. 2 days later they send a courier to collect the item, but don’t send my money. I had to pay for items before I got it, so I expect them to process my refund2st before I return the item.
