Torn pants

I purchased a matching pants and top set at Mr Price,when I wanted to wear the the outfit,the pants was torn at the back by the pocket,I'm so disappointed,it's such a nice outfit.I cannot return it because I don't have the receipt,now I'm stuck with this pants that's torn.I always buy from this store,so disappointing.
