Torn clothes as a present for my son

I place an order on line (order number: ***) on the 17 July which was a Friday and was pleasantly surprised to hear from the kids that the clothes had arrived. That sweet excitement from the kids quickly faded when they discovered that the onesie was torn.....I was dumbfounded....how does MrP ship torn clothes? Do they not inspect the items before shipping them? My kids are now asking me to send them back and buy other ones.....Now I am explain things I know nothing about because all I know is that I picked the correct size, paid the full price (as these were not on sale) So how are they torn?

This is the 2nd online order from MrP but woooow (the 1st one took a week to be delivered) hence I was pleasantly surprised with their speedy delivery.
