too good too care

Two months ago my partner and i app**** for accounts and mrp, thglen. The first time we gave in the applications we were told that we need to hand in payslips as well. We then went back with our payslips only for them to tell us that isn't required and the application was not sent to headoffice the first time, we need to complete forms again. We did so. Now two months later we have still not received any feedback whether we have been declined or accepted. Is is asking so much since mrp thinks they provide such a good serviceam they send us these emails of clothes daily but can't repond.
