Tired of email and no help at all

After numerous complaints directly to Mr. Price via email, and the previous post on Hellopeter, I have had success by getting the issue resolved. The goods were delivered after my complaint on Hellopeter, but as stated in the previous post, I did want to cancel the order. But it was delivered and the call centre phoned me to arrange pick up of the goods I now do not want anymore. As I had to buy other stuff from a local store because of the delayed delivery and response. And after the second week of continues emails, no success at all in collecting and refunding of goods.
