<p>Me and my girlfriend went to Mr Price in Mall of the South on the 11th of September 2016, to buy clothes for a wedding, when I wanted to pay with my card it showed declained on their side but the money was deducted from my account and when I asked when will my money be transferred back to my account they told me I have to take my own time and money and have to go to the bank and get the bank statements and I'll have to go back in my working hours for something that went wrong on their side.I think this is very unacceptable.I'll never buy there again.</p>
