Till today i am still waiting for a call

<p>Till today i am still waiting for a call regarding the money i paid for door to door delivery and then having to fetch it at the store 4weeks later. I will be claiming that R45 back as well as claiming my time/money that i had to spend calling and trying to get their attention!!!! Disgusting service! i feel like never shopping online or at your store ever again. I buy something from you guys more than once a month most times!!!!!! clearly you guys have no consumer s****s! i would like someone to contact me and i would like my money back! what you guys are basically doing indirectly is *****ing my hard earned money!! If this is not sorted i am going to the consumer tribunal because i know my rights in terms of the consumer protection act!</p>
