Threatened to be handed over

<p>I changed banks and lost mrp banking details. Ive repeatedly asked for their banking details and NOTHING. Every time they phone me i ask for banking details and NOTHING. the past month and a half ive sent emails to them about 15 times asking and NOTHING. Ive told them if i do not receive the details by the 1st op Feb i will only be making payment end of Feb. Today 03/02/2017 i was phoned at 08:30 by someone shouting at me and speaking to me as if i was a child. I was told i will be handed over as they have proof they sent me details mroe than once. I have asked for those proof as in my rights. Now i am being told no i will be handed over. I am not afraid to take further steps and i wil NEVER use them in my life again. Disgusting staff with no common sense as to how to provide service to a client. </p>
