This is ridiculous!!!!!

Bad bad bad !!!! The delivery BAD ! The service BAD ! I’ve ordered clothes online like a few weeks ago . They told my my order will be here by 5 pm on Wednesday the 9ths of june . I didn’t receive it ! At first I didn’t mind because maybe there was a delay because these thing’s happen but !! When i got on the app to track my order on saterday they told me it’s already delivered? But I didn’t receive anything! So where is my order ?? I’ve called them 2 times on Saturday and they promised me feedback on Monday. I didn’t hear from them so I called them and send a few emails that they still didn’t answered , Monday they told me i have to wait 24hs and they will call me back eventually when they called me back after 2 days they asked me to explain again what happened ( everyone keeps telling me they will come back to me but i end up calling them back every time ) I asked them for a proof of delivery and they didn’t want to send me one today they send me one but that was not my signature so someone else signed for my order ( which was not me or anyone in my family) again they told me they would come back to me before today end . Its nou 8:30 and I didn’t hear anything from them !! I have left a review on halo peter and they reply saying the leaders will contact me but I didn’t get anything from them !!! They ****** my money and delivered the order to the wrong person . How can you deliver something and not ask for the persons ID to make sure you delivered it to the right person!!
