This is not an account it's a debt trap

Mr. Price asks you to open an account, and when you do you find out it's actually a lay-by facility without any option to pay off over 6 months etc. They charge you monthly to have the account open and when you try to make a payment arrangement they double the amount owed. Absolutely shocking and disgusting how they also call mid-month and demand payment and if you can't pay immediately they harass you and insult you, making snide comments like "how can you not afford Mr. Price and you better pay soon. I opened this account to help with my credit score and it has done the exact opposite. Poor quality goods, poor quality service.
