This company keeps getting worst and worst

<p>I layed a complaint a few days ago. i was told someone would contact me, yet i am still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i decided to go and check in store if my order is there, after complaining that i received no email more than two weeks later. I get there and received my order i got an email for. My other order i waited 20minutes for. To my knowledge a worker at Mr price Maynard Mall took the order from the courier guy and did not enter it in the system. He or she just through the order one size. After making me wait so long with no apology or reason as to why this occured. Is this how you treat your customers?????? Taking my money, in your business account and just throwing my things around!!!!!! Pathetic that i have to run after things i paid for with no help from your company.</p> <p> </p> <p>The weekend, up to 50% sale, i decided to buy things online with my gift card. I paid the order, yet the order is still processing!!!! AGAIN TAKING MY MONEY!!! order number is ********** 81658. I do not want to hear the excuse of there is no stock because i ordered my things when there was stock and i made the payment!</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe this is the same company, i always dealt with!!!</p>
