*******, ********* and poor customer service

I am absolutely livid with Mr price sport these *******! I placed an online order and paid for it on the 27th of July. The delivery date was the 6th of August. My order has been showing processing this entire time and today when i called, they say they have to escalate to the warehouse because there might be no stock. How can you charge me R2500 for something and now say you don't have stock?? The website did not say there's no stock when I paid for it! Then the agent says it takes 48 hours for feedback when 48 hours from now supposed to be my delivery. Absolute *******, how do you charge me when you KNOW you don't have stoc****! The agent says I will also need to wait for a refund, this is a waste of time as I could bought what I wanted to from somewhere else if they were honest and said that there is no stock online. Totally *********
