I have had a account with Mr Price for a few years now and bought a few Maxed products. However they added various "plans" to my account without even notification or my permission, the one plan I did give my permission was false information that they gave me since they now have a different story. Every time I call to get answers for why there is so many money they subtract I get no answer or I get put through over and over again and still end up with nothing, even the shops can't help me. Now they want to take action against me because I am not willing to pay for there incompetence
