I placed an order online for an amount of R654.94 and paid with my debit card. The amount went off immediately. I then received an e-mail that all the items were no longer available and only the balance of the items were shipped. This means that Mr Price now owed me money. No problem, they then debit my account again for the items that have been shipped. I called customer services and they said I need to send them proof. I sent them a mail with proof that they now owe me R664.94. Low and behold I get a mail back from their help desk saying they issued me with a voucher for R99.99. ***???<br> Please people, at least employ people that can read and do calculations. I paid you R1189.89 and only received goods to the value of R534.95. How did you get to R99.99????
