I tried to place an online order with Mr Price on 25 January 2021. Their system processes the payment but bombed out and did not register the order. I contacted them the same day to report the matter. Initially they responded in fair time, but when I started to ask my money back they started to ignore me. After many emails and phonecalls and sending the proof of payment multiple times, they send me a voucher for the amount without agreeing this me. I form the start said I want my money back. Now its another two weeks later and having sent bank details three times they are ignoring me again and I still don't have my money back. I am seriously considering opening a case of theft against Mr Price.
